You have to wait until ALL the Venue+Playlists populate under the "Watch Video" heading. Then, in succession, click on the appropriate column selections, left to right:

(1) Venue+Playlists: USA-New York.
(2) Set Lists: Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
(3) Videos: Speech.

It's all there.
