1st of all I noticed that it will be held on CSPAN (1)

2nd of all do they start the hearing... Miers doesn't show up than what do they do?

3rd is it possible to see Miers arrested today? And by Who? Sgt. at Arms or local police or FBI

1. Strange...
It was originally scheduled for C-Span 3. Then, after reading your post, I checked and it was scheduled on C-Span 1. Now, it is back to 3. The time hasn't changed. I wonder if they will cut for the lying weasel's spinathon at 10:30, or if it will be over by then, since Harriet doesn't plan to show. Maybe that's why they moved it back to 3, or it could just have been a programming error.
20 minutes 'til we find out, I guess.
