the Constitution, not an oath to protect bush. Congress can call her at any time, and "executive privilege" doesn't mean squat.

How this ever got so convoluted is beyond me...bush is not king nor emperor, he's a pompous ass, that's for sure...but he is not some kind of untouchable icon, and neither are those that work under him. The House can compel her to testify, she can "take the 5th", but she has to show up, or she is in contempt.

Send the Sergeant at Arms to arrest her.
