America's Coldest Candidates
David A. Andelman, 07.17.07

Sen. Hillary Clinton, D-N.Y., is the coldest presidential candidate among both Democrats and Republicans, and by a wide margin, according to the July edition of the Forbes '08 Tracker poll. By contrast, her fellow Democrats, Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., and New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson are the least cold.

Some 28% of voting-aged Americans polled in the latest survey associated "coldness" as an attribute that described Clinton, while just 4% associated this trait with Obama or Richardson.

1. "cold" must equal high poll numbers

5. I wouldn't exactly call her poll numbers high....
vs the Reps, she is barely winning if at all.

vs the Dems, she was 'sposed to be the inevitable favorite and instead she has competition

she does have a persona that is more calculating than warm.

and Obama does appear more warm.

In the general election, especially in a tight race, I think warm wins

27. like I said....
she barely beats Reps for the general...not in all polls, but she does win in some of them

she was supposed to be inevitable, but she has competition on the Democratic side.

7. I guess 52% of voters who say they wouldn't vote for Hillary is a high poll number. nt

28. Depends on the poll, and depends on the margin of error..besides...
..some polls have obama or edwards doing better against Reps.

There is a reason the Hillary folk are obsessed with polls. Their marching orders and mantra-kool-aid is "hillary is inevitable"

I cannot remember a less inspiring campaign than Hillary's so far. "vote for me because i am inevitable"....zzzzzz....."I am in it to win".....zzzzzz

Obama Top Fundraiser on Wall Street
Big Banks' Employees Gave Senator $479,000 in 1st Quarter

By Kristin Jensen and Christine Harper
Bloomberg News
Wednesday, April 18, 2007; Page D02

Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama ran ahead of New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D) and former New York mayor Rudolph W. Giuliani (R) on their home turf in the first quarter, raising cash from the biggest investment banks on Wall Street.

The Illinois senator raised $479,209 from employees at the banks in the quarter, according to Federal Election Commission filings. Giuliani collected $473,442, and Clinton got $447,625. The figures are based on employers listed by the donors; in some cases, names are incomplete or missing.

I didn't say they didn't like Obama more, just that they love Clinton.

16. This reminds me of a Beauty Pageant, my granddaughter was in
She had to quote someone , I can't remember who, but it went.. I am woman I can do any thing. Oh you could hear some in the A..go like they thought she sure had messed up....Here is what she said in todays world, I am in my daddy's world, I have to be hard as nails because my intension's are to be a Dentist, and to accomplish what I want, I will be as tough as any male, but then I have to be soft and tender enough to be a mommies. And she won the High School pageant hands down.

The second question was what is the biggest problem for High School students...Her Answer...In to days high school , there are too many pregnancies, for heaven sake practice abstinence , if you think you can't do that, practice safe sex, the crowd stood and clapped for and extended time, I remember when she went back stage, the other contestants said well you have done it now...funny
