It should be obvious to ALL Congressional members that your “gig” is up with the American people. Do what needs to be done. Inherent contempt sounds like a good beginning…

4. why should we expect her to respect the law
when she and the rest of the bushies have placed themselves above the law?

there should be disclaimer running everytime one of these bushies are shown on the news:

"Rules, laws, regulations or the Constitution do not apply"

5. Pardon, schmardon
She'll be in contempt of Congress until she testifies. W pardons her on Thursday, she's charged again on Friday...lather rinse and repeat. How many times do you think shrub will pardon her before the Congress (including Repukes) get sick of it and Impeach??

7. Well she can't be retried on the same crime after being pardoned
so the whole process will have to start over again. That is, if this indeed happens. Of course, she could just mysteriously disappear. We'll see.
