Has Fred Thompson declared his intentions yet?
Ok we know he's running, but is he really just lazy by running but not actually doing any work, or somehow playing a game of chicken with Al Gore to be the last one in.
He is no comparison to Mr. Gore. Thompson's sand will run out, while Mr.Gore is a growing volcanic land mass. Mr.Gore could declare at the last hour, but I hope he runs when the time is right. The republican party are running this election like heavy gamblers and whore mongers on drugs.

1. I thought he was supposed to officially announce on July 4th..
but it was delayed for some unknown reason. Maybe he's waiting for McCain to drop out so he can swoop in and grab his big supporters? Or maybe he is still dealing with health issues?

2. I read that he's possibly postponing because it would interfere with the
Law & Order re-runs... networks having to provide equal air time for all candidates.

5. He's trying to campaign without being held to campaign fundraising rules.
He made up a whole new category called "testing the waters", I don't even think it's an exploratory committee. He's a fucking weasel.

8. Pretty much tells us he'd govern in the same corrupt, high-handed
above-the-rules manner as Shrubya.

7. I think that he is waiting until JUst before the primaries start.....
That way he can avoid being torn a new ass hole by his fellow rethuglicans.....
Intellectually he is a light-weight.... so much so that even the "natives" would tear a new one.
If he declares right before he would have to face his REAL opposition then he can have his acting coaches teach him how to win televised debates against real people.

9. Oh, ok thank you.
I get it. Its like bush lite with acting skills. He's dumber and a better liar. Just what the republican party needs in the electronic dark hole of history.

10. Yep, Remember his filmed, scripted response to Michael Moore....
Something about cigars.

Isn't it funny that the folks that Moore took to Cuba to save their lives with affordable healthcare may face prosecution, BUT Thompson gets nothing for huffing a cuban cigar on film in front of God and everybody?
