1. Impeach Cheney as POTUS, arrest Bush as a witness
And Nancy Pelosi is President by nightfall...

2. Stay in his
undisclosed location. He won't be coming out until this is over.

Seriously, if something happened to Bush and then something happened to him, Nancy would be president. Not a good senario for those guys. Or for us for that matter, since it would just fuel conspiracy theories.

He'll keep a low profile and have his heart meds handy. Tomorrow will just be another day. Which is fine by me. A radical disruption of the status quo (such as it is) would not be a good thing.

3. my biggest paranoid fear
is that something will go wrong with Bush's medical procedure, making him incapable of returning to work. So now, the imbecile has been replaced by a dangerous man. Cheney may have been puppetmaster, to some degree, in the background. But Bush still had the power to over-rule him. Now, with Bush out of the way, who knows what that maniac will do?

4. "Purity of our precious bodily fluids," mumbled the new POTUS.
"Seven-six-two millimeter, full metal jacket."

6. Start his much wanted war with Iran?
If he has enough time, he'd probably do it in a "heartbeat",

7. If he's acting POTUS, does that make him a part of the Executive branch again?
That raises some interesting possibilities....
