3. What about all the other States he's being trounced in?
Edited on Mon Jul-23-07 10:05 AM by William769
BTW only half will be lost and considering the number Florida has, thats still very good.

5. If the current rules are followed, FL will lose all delegates
The GOP will only lose half. But this is predicted on the DNC keeping the current rules and actually enforcing them.

6. From the article.
"The rules, unanimously passed in 2006 by nearly 450 Democratic party activists across the country - including Florida - are clear and leave little or no leeway for Dean to waive them: Any state that violates the schedule set by the DNC loses half its delegates to the national nominating convention and any candidate who campaigns in that state will forfeit all delegates from that state."

7. Six months away from the vote and you're just a tad overconfident...
I love overconfident adversaries. They ALWAYS lose.

14. He doesn't have to validate anything
I was speaking of when he ran for President, but I'm sure you already knew that. Sarcam doesn't seem to be your strong suit.

15. You needn't worry about our heads.
I would be more concerned on whats your excuse going to be when your candidate loses the primary.

22. No, but Obama's campaign is looking like rigor mortis is setting in.
July 23, 2007 Rasmussen Daily:

Clinton 40%, Obama 22%, Edwards 14%

"New York Senator Hillary Clinton hit the 40% mark for the second time in three days.

18. Do you think
Hillary is ahead in the polls because of the amount of media coverage she gets versus how much Obama doesnt get? I dont see much on him but when I do I like what he speaks more than what Ive heard from Hillary.

21. Maybe. So what?
That's what campaigns do- they try to get their message out. Some are more successful at this than others.

23. Why has Obama stagnated?
After an initial surge in the polls, he's hit a brick wall. Do people supporting Clinton know about her years of supporting the war and Obama's consistent anti-war stance?

24. Very reliable indicator of how the primaries will turn out
pick a big state that candidates haven't really campaigned in and find out that the woman with the highest national name recognition is in the lead.

Brilliant!

25. Ah, so it WOULD be surprising if she were NOT in the lead, eh?
So the poll does tell us that she is at least meeting expectations so far. Seems like a worthwhile observation.
