Obama: It's great that Hillary Clinton sent a letter to the Pentagon
but if she had not voted on the Iraq war in the first place, there would be no need to send that letter. GOTCHA! She's just appeasing the american public and covering her ass about that decision and still she won't admit that she was wrong or made a mistake. Very manipulative and not a very clear indicator of lackluster Presidential leadership and potential.

3. Every time he takes a swipe at her ...
He hurts himself. He keeps trying to wrap himself in "positive campaigning" but he can't hide his sharp elbows.

You'll notice that when she criticizes him, you can barely even tell that it happened.

11. He's welcome to continue doing it.
We'll see how his negative campaigning works.

7. Voting to fund the war was the correct decision IMO
Russ Feingold and plenty of other anti-war Democrats voted the same way. I give Dennis credit for voting against the war, but he doesn't get any extra points for voting against funding from me.

5. Was that from tonight's debate?
It's a valid point; who knows what war the neo-cons will be pushing next?

6. Not quite. He said that she and the other war supporters should have asked
what our plan for withdrawal was before we invaded instead of after it turned into a quagmire and the political calculations changed.

Here's what Obama said in Oct 2002:
"I know that even a successful war against Iraq will require a US occupation of undetermined length, at undetermined cost, with undetermined consequences. I know that an invasion of Iraq without a clear rationale and without strong international support will only fan the flames of the Middle East, and encourage the worst, rather than best, impulses of the Arab world, and strengthen the recruitment arm of Al Qaeda. I am not opposed to all wars. I'm opposed to dumb wars."

22. he's a little disingenuous
in that he was not in the US Senate during the vote. He can say he didn't vote for it, but he wasn't in the debate, so we don't really know what he would have done.

spouting Bill's innocence when his fidelity was being questioned. Turned out he was with how many women? Who needs a woman president who is so gullible to men? And she never admits to being wrong in the end. Just that she was lied to. Speaks volumes about her judgment in my opinion.

Seriously, how is she supposed to be my role model? Or my daughters?

No. Thank. You.

26. It's just sad that you would use this lame Clinton meme.
Watch this video to see what Obama felt about the war (when Hillary was pushing it).
