Hillary Wins Again
Her response to the dynastic question - a difficult one - was the first time she has ever brought a smile to my lips. She's so much better a debater and performer than she used to be. You know how much I hate to say this: but she destroyed the opposition tonight: out-classing it, out-debating it, and avoiding the usual pitfalls. I wish it weren't so, but it's what I saw. If she keeps this up, it's hers.

This is from a man that despises her.

1. I don't think so.
Hillary was outclassed by Edwards and Obama. She came across as a headbobbing passionless autamaton. It is hard to believe she care about people and her flatvoiced hard edged delivery does not help. She is competant and nothing else. That will hurt in the general.

11. I disagree.Surely you don't think Hillary comes across as compassionate?
And she has no "charm" at all. She is our most divisive candidate.58% of registered voters, not Democrats, say they will NOT vote for her. That is a problem. It doesn't matter how much MSM sins her.We need someone who can get ALL the votes.

12. charm
As I have already stated, I have not committed to anyone yet but find merits in all of our candidates so far. On the contrary, I found Hillary to be controlled yet charming and presidential. I hope we don't let the media frame this one, too. Been there, done that. Gore is wooden, Kerry is a flip-flopper, etc...ad nauseum. Edward's vanity, Obama's inexperience, aggghhhhhh!!! It does us no good to tear down our own. It really doesn't. I don't care whether its Clinton, Edwards, Obama, Dodd, whoever. So long as its the person that is going to get elected. And whoever is the person on the ballot, we need to support and lift up, not drag down. Or risk more of what we've had for several years already.

14. Here's the problem with your assertion...
Most American's really don't follow politics until election season. How many ordinary, non-partisan Americans do you know of that have watched ANY of the debates yet? People right now have preconcieved opinions about Hillary, while at the same time they know absolutley NOTHING about her. If she ran in the GE, that would certainly change.

15. And her personality is NOT going to change. Her lack of warmth combined
with the preconceptions of her are NOT a good thing for the general.

5. Barbara Walters cited a poll that had her as the winner, too.
It was on that VIEW show. They went on to some other issue, so I didn't catch the name of the poll, but she said they called it for Clinton, decisively.

7. I am uncommitted...
however, I thought she was awesome and there were actual moments (afraid to admit) that she gave me goosebumps. She is endearing herself to me with her frequent recitation that any one of them would be heads and shoulders above the one we have in office or any of the Republicans. This message is not only true but important to reiterate because we need to support whichever Democrat gets the nomination or face the further destruction of our society as we know it. I liked Edwards in the first debate but I'm not thrilled with his attempts to take down his frontrunners. It seems desperate to me. I thought Obama was great last night, too, and appreciate his refusal to become overly aggressive at this stage. He only made one subtle comment re: Hillary's recent attempt to get the Pentagon's pull out plan (which he supported her on) then stated that it would have been preferable (No doubt!) if everyone would have thought of that before supporting the invasion. I agree with Hillary, ANY of our guys would be amazing compared to the Republicans. I'm not ready to commit to one yet, though.

10. She is winning over people like you everyday and I believe will be a
great leader.

The haters here are ratcheting up their obnoxious behavior, which proves

how well she is doing.
