OK Democrats in Congress.....where is the Duke Cunningham report?
This same ole, same ole cover-up for the Congressional club is starting to bother me. Congress works for us and it is "us" that they should be reporting to. Instead "they" appear more interested in covering up the results of corruption such as the Duke Cunningham Report, whether "they" be Democrats or Repubs. I expected far more from the Democrats in Congress and this kind of cover-up is starting to really bother me.

I'm a partisan, but only as long as my Party supports honesty, integrity and a political ideology that meshes with mine. When cover-up and corruption comes into play its adios amigos and all bets are off, and that includes Democrats.

2. The Dems were split on public disclosure, some for, some against.
Their arguments, on both sides, are alluded to in the cited article.

3. But those who voted against releasing the report
were supposedly voting to protect their staff from allegations, and embarassment whatever that means.

Isn't their job in Congress to report to the electorate, not to protect their staff or others from embarassment? Unless it is obviously an issue of national security, there is no reason not to release the report in its entirety...as we paid for it.
