Nothing more to say?
Make no mistake, we're in a war. Not a war of guns and bombs, but of words and ideas. We elected people to fight for us the last time around and they've shelved one of the best weapons they have.

The enemy is winning by attrition, in much the same way the insurrectionists in Iraq are winning. Those on the front lines don't seem to have the heart for the fight, and the second tier doesn't know how to push them forward to fully engage. Or doesn't understand the nature of the fight. Either way, the danger grows with every passing day.

The enemy is EVERY FUCKING REPUBLICAN in Congress, and EVERY FUCKING REPUBLICAN pundit and media stooge who are LYING to the American people about what's going on. And we are somehow expected to remain civil to these people when they're stealing our futures and our childrens' futures right before our very eyes.

Our representatives are expected to remain polite to these people. They have to "work" with them, after all. And, what's worse, the American people SAY they don't want pitched "partisan" battles, yet have time and again rewarded those who empty their clips at their enemies.

"Liberal" became a smear word when it's been the liberals who've made this country what it was and the so-called "conservatives" who've done it the most damage over the two and a quarter centuries since its birth.

Make no mistake, it's a war. It's the most civil civil war ever fought. Primarily, it seems, because one side--OUR side--insists on playing by civilized rules while the other kicks up dust, screams obscenities, and hurls vile invectives in our direction.

They're killers. They may not be killing us with guns and bombs at the moment. Their weapons are more insidious. They're killing us with their greed, and their disinterest in the common good, their dismissal of true American values, and their systematic rape of our planet. They're killing us, they're killing our children, and they're killing ALL OF US.

And every moment we stand by and allow someone else to fight for us, someone who doesn't realize how much is at stake, and locks away their weapons so as not to offend someone they CANNOT appease, is one more moment we edge ever closer to ultimate destruction.

We've seen how much good mass protests in the streets have done. Of course, maybe we've been protesting the wrong thing. This administration doesn't care if we protest it. The media ignores it as best it can, for the media is the enemy as well, and it's an enemy we've never truly figured out how to engage.

Maybe it's time we went after it. Mass protests outside of the media centers would be harder to ignore. We could make life VERY inconvenient for them. They are like the walls of the castle we must besiege, and those walls must be breached before we can gain access to the court within.

This is a war, people. Not of guns and bombs, but of words and ideas. And as long as their walls are so high our words and ideas cannot reach them, we are wasting our energy. We must breach those walls and bring them DOWN.

THIS IS NOT AN EMPIRE! This is the United States of America, and millions of men have fought and died to preserve this union. To allow it to fall to the likes of George W. Bush and Dick Cheney WOULD be like spitting on their graves!

Enough is enough!

It is OUR war to fight. Those we have elected to do it for us cannot breach those walls. WE MUST! Surrender is not an option. Compromise is not possible.

The Union is ours, if we can keep it.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

1. They are killing us
Because they are the killers. They want nukes to fall everywhere. Losing this war for Bush is the equivalent of Jesus losing this war. After all, the devine is speaking through him, and the devine wants blood.
