Romney, Tancredo call for Brownback apology
If you think our party's internecine primary warfare is bad look at what is happening on the repuke side. :rofl:

==Associated Press - July 24, 2007 11:54 AM ET

DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) - Two Republican presidential candidates are demanding apologies from fellow GOP hopeful Sam Brownback.

Mitt Romney and Tom Tancredo are miffed that the Kansas senator questioned their opposition to abortion in automated phone calls to voters. The calls said of Romney's claim in Iowa that he's firmly pro-life couldn't be further from the truth.

Tancredo is upset with Brownback's calls that say he took campaign money from a supporter of Planned Parenthood. Both called on Brownback to stop the automated calls and apologize, but Brownback's campaign stood by the accuracy of the statements.==

3. What a bunch of weirdos the GOP is fielding. Romney is just bizarre.
Romney has to be the ultimate flip-flopper to ever run for president. What a bizarre crew. Oh well, they may be stand-ins for Jeb, or maybe no election at all. The latter is my bet.

Anyway, their whole notion of presidential power is scary.
