count two: Violation of the 4th Amendment of the Constitution with
the Domestic Spying .... need a warrant & probable cause.

count three: The outing of Val Plame aka Treason.

count four: The use of federal monies to "buy news & reporters.

count five: The use of the Dept of Justice to manipulate elections
and to punish political enemies (seems like there is a U.S. attorney
involved every time an election problem comes to light now ... caging lists
of voters is a violation of the 1964 Civil Rights Act .... Monica Goodling gave
us that one under oath)

count six: Cheney's energy task force and manipulation of supply and price
of electricity to cause the removal of a sitting Governor of California.

Count 1: He never did that under oath. Therefore, nothing illegal happened.

As for counts 2 through 6, got proof? Until we got actual proof that he masterminded any of that, there's nothing we can touch him with.

5. How about adding a general pattern of racketeering, that is using the entire executive branch for

the purpose of aiding, abetting and fostering a 'pukedom by politicizing the entire apparatus around that single purpose and agenda.
