Laura Bush....fucking go home, OK? |
|
I am watching the news and I see you standing there by the collapsed bridge in Minn, talking to "First Responders" and keeping them from doing what they need to do so you can get some fucking photo-op for your idiot hubbie's failed admin.
Laura...either get lost or put on cover-alls and dig in. Standing there in your polyester get-up does not hack it. You are not helping one person or their families who were actually injured by this freaking disaster that the bastard you are married to caused by sending our tax dollars overseas for his lying, failed bullshit war in Iraq instead of taking care of the infrastructure of our nation.
YOUR BASTARD SPOUSE IS THE CAUSE OF WHAT HAPPENED. YOU REALLY THINK PEOPLE WANT YOU THERE WITH YOUR FAUX FUCKING SYMPATHY? AND YOUR NEED TO GRAB SOME PHOTO-OPS WITH YOUR FAKE "I REALLY CARE" ACT?
Sheesh!

...yep, the guy they are profiling on the news whose five-month pregnant wife telephoned home right before the bridge went down to tell everyone she would be late getting home cuz she and their two-year old daughter were stuck in traffic on that bridge...I am sitting and listening to that with tears running down my face. I cannot imagine the pain that must bring to him and others who also love them.
You know...all I can say is that in addition to the blood Bush has on his hands for all those killed in Iraq....he sure as hell has the blood on his hands from each and every person who was injured or died because of the collapse of that bridge.
And there is Laura...her fucking husband IMO killed that pregnant mom and her two-yeard old cuz his LIES about Iraq sent the $$$ that could be used to make that bridge safe overseas to a phony total bullshit war.
Yes...I am pissed...and each day, I get MORE pissed! That pregnant mom and her two-year old would be safe at home BUT FOR Bush's lies about Iraq.
Drop a pebble in the water.....

.. (troops and civilians)
Dead in Afghanistan, (troops and civilians)
Dead in the Gulf Coast (Katrina victims)
Dead in Gitmo (suicides, torture, maltreatment)
Dead in US (homeless, uninsured, unaffordable prescription drugs, etc)
And now infra-structure collapses - and more to come ...

...unfortunately you are 100% correct.
His admin should be called the "Death Presidency."
I watched the Tillman hearings the other day...and my friend and I (both senior moms with sons about the same age as Pat Tillman) were in tears thinking about how we would have felt if we had been lied to habitually by our govt on how and why our child had died.
There are no words IMO to describe how evil BushCo truly is....the deaths, no MURDERS, that they have caused, hidden and perpetuated all in the name of faux greatness makes me ill.

No, she is there for the sheer joy of delicious scheudenfraude! Why not go soak up some real suffering when your Husband has done such a great job at providing such touristic delights?
After all, you can then go back and enjoy your decadent, luxury a bit more. One tends to get jaded, you know.

she is causing more complications for the rescuers. You are correct go home, just for that reason alone. I hate the fact that she is even in Minnesota. Makes he quiver with anger.

13. I would like to express sincere sympathy to... |
|
....all residents of Minnesota and to those who have family members who were killed or injured in the collapse of that bridge.
I am sitting here on the West Coast and I have cried my eyes out so many times over the comments, pictures and stories of what happened in your state.
I am so sorry...so very sorry and I feel so helpless ~~ I wish there was something I could do.

If any good can come out of this, it will be the re-emergence of a New Deal sensibility: that there are vital functions of civil society that government needs to perform and that they can't be done on the cheap. Let's start investing in America again.
