I saw "somewhat" increased because I was already pretty anxious. And even so I'm not as anxious as you see in a lot of the "OMG Martial Law Any Day Now !!11!!1" posts.

There has been no spine exhibited by the Democratic freshmen of the 110th. I'm inclined to employ a scorched-earth policy and start all over with a new group of candidates that will at least consider the Constitution before they change another law in Bush's favor.
