Which Democratic Candidate(s) will allow criminal investigations? |

This is a question that should be asked of all the candidates. If they become the next President of the United States, will they pursue criminal investigations into the actions of the Bush Administration? We shouldn't settle for anything less than a resounding "Y-E-S!" The whole impeachment is off the table thing is supposedly because we don't want it to over shadow our chances in capturing the White House. Okay, fine. Don't impeach him. By the time we make it that far his term will be almost over at this point anyway. However, the ENTIRE Bush Administration are directly or indirectly criminals.
I do not want to see a replay of what happened with Iran Contra. I expect to see a widening majority in both the House and the Senate as well as the Presidency by 2009. There is no excuse for them NOT to have investigations, trials, and ultimately prison sentences. They'll be out of power by then and won't be able to hide behind executive privilege.

Because they are all complicit. It would bring about calls for impeachment of them. Especially when we have a republican congress in 2008 and nothing the Dems want gets done, because they're pussies and couldn't stand up in 2006 and 2007.

4. None. That's why I can't get excited about any of them. |

5. Then I think each of them should explain why. |

:(
If all of them refuse to allow investigations into the Bush Administration then they should have to explain to us, in very clear detail, their reasoning behind it.
I am sure Hillary would not allow it, but I am more focused on the others particularly Obama and Edwards. I do not see any real reason why they would refuse, especially Obama who has only recently arrived in Washington.
