1. You say that like it's a bad thing...
It would be interesting to see him prosecute somebody to show he can remember the dates and events that lead to the investigation and the reasons for the indictment. (Very selective memory I'll bet)

2. I actually watched some of Hardball last night
don't ask me why. The former Cheney staffer (name?) made it sound like there WERE checks on this --see the AG will review it. The guy from AirAmerica who was on opposite it missed the chance to educate him on how controls (checks and balances) work.
