Gobama for condemning the notion that we should sit down and shut up
while those in Washington to take care of business. It was in response to the suggestion that any discussion of foreign policy falls into "their" hands. Does anyone else remember how Nixon had a secret plan to end the Viet Nam War that he couldn't share lest the Viet Cong find out what it was?

1. You don't have to go back that far
I still remember the "secret evidence" of Iraqi WMD's Bush was touting that never materialized.

2. That's the moment when I think he really came out ahead.
I think Clinton was trying to do the "he's naive" thing again, and "you shouldn't always say what you think" really backfired.

3. Isn't this George W. Bush's oft used line--that he won't answer a "hypothetical." Weak, Hillary!

4. Yes, and again I think that worked well for her in a previous debate
When the moderator goes into some very specific scenario that really can't be answered without considering a whole array of other conditions, it seems right to say such hypotheticals shouldn't be asked or answered. BUT -- to imply that it's some complicated, classified or unheard-of idea that Al Qaeda is in Pakistan? That just didn't work.

5. Yeah. It made me want to go back and find all of her prior hypothetical responses.
She's an automaton. Send her back to Stepford, somebody!

6. Obama held back where he could have firebombed the IWR appeasers
He could have just leveled the podiums into dust...and might soon enough.
