FISA, fantasy and facts
http://cannonfire.blogspot.com/2007/08/fisa-fantasy-and-facts.html

All over the net, one sees hysteria and myth-mongering concerning the FISA bill. This is but one example, from a writer who -- I guarantee you -- has never read the so-called "Protect America Act":
Would it be possible for those who listen-in on our phone conversations to gather non-terrorist related information, and pass it along to the appropriate parties?

1. Ah! There is good stuff in there.
He gets at two really good points

1) How much is going on illegally
2) That the NSA is going through ALL communications, but not "reading it" because machines are processing it.

what my third question is, is what constitutes a foreigner? Is he a foreigner while IN the US? Can I be communicating with a "foreigner" without knowing it when I'm ordering a pizza?
