I must say, Edwards is winning points with me by going after the repub candidates
and not putting all his energy into tearing down his opponents on the Dem side.

However, I am not sure if his strategy is to use his ailing wife to attack the Dems. But assuming her opinions are irrelevant, it's refreshing to see a candidate finally go after the horrible repub choices.

1. Likewise, Hillary going after Rove, Bush and the White House
is winning points with me.

3. True, but she said Obama got his talking points from Rove
So while she did a great job of bringing up Rove/Bush, she tied another Dem to that taint in the process.

4. NO>>>one of the members of the campaign said that.
When the members of Obama and Hillary's campaign staff are doing the bashing you can't hold them responsible. BUT they should stop their help from bashing each other. But when they start bashing themselves then it should be posted.

6. Really? Or are you just saying that to be nice?

The only reason Hillary Clinton goes after Rove, Bush and the White House is because she feels like she needs to ignore her opponents to add to her image of inevitability. Everything that she does is strategy.

From saying at every debate that she and her opponents "agree", which muddies the water of the huge differences between her and many of the other Democrats that are running, to claiming that the real enemies are the Republicans, she is doing it all because she feels like the nomination is already hers and she must appear that she is already the nominee.

She's being tough on them? Yeah, right.

Isn't it so "cute," when they "play-fight" with one another.

End the rotation, already.

2. Great segment with Chris Matthews too....
Much discussed about his "battle ax" wife, and JE handled it beautifully. I agree, don't silence Elizabeth for speaking the truth.

5. Well, C'Mon Over! We Want You, We Need You & We Could LOVE You
if you do! As a LONG time supporter, he impresses me more every day. And Elizabeth is the "real deal" as far as I'm concerned and would make a stupendous FIRST LADY! I know I have never gotten a PERFECT button, so any slips here and there are NORMAL to me! Every single candidate running for ANY office will get jumped from time to time! Politics IS not only a contact sport, but a personal food fight! But mostly, he has been very good by only going after THE IDIOT & CREW!

Go, Johnny, Go!

7. Almost every time I see him, I like him more ... he IS the real deal
I know he's down now, but he's a GREAT campaigner and I think it'll be interesting this time out to see how hard he fights to stay in the top tier. Last time he was able to campaign nice most of the way but ... I can't help remembering what James Carville said about him during a prior run: he's the best campaigner the Ragin' Cajun has seen since Bill C.

9. Sounds Like A WINNER To Me! He Has That "Kennedy" Thing I Think...
He seems almost tireless and always gracious to me. He's actually better this time out and seems a lot more comfortable with himself.

Living in the south, I think he will "sell" much better than some others! I know a lot of people are talking about him. HOWEVER, listening to MSM it's hard to hear the message because it's all Clinton, Obama, Guilliani & Romney! I just tune them out anymore.

8. Edwards is a good man.
Between him and Hillary, the right wing nuts don't have a chance.

10. You're right -- Stacy (sp?) Taylor (filling in for Randi) said this today
The nutbags on the Reich are scared silly of Edwards, which is why they keep pushing the inevitability of Her Highness. The more people learn about him (and especially his background -- the kinds of clients he defended in court , his own American Dream of working himself up from nothing), the more they'll like him, even in the south which the Thugs are desperate to hold on to. They'd like nothing better than to have us run a "Northeastern Liberal" (even if they're running RudyRude), but a southerner with crossover appeal like Edwards would have them running scared.
