Can the troops now desert from Iraq without fear of punishment? |

bush says Iraq is like Vietnam. He deserted his military unit during the Vietnam War Era to avoid a drug test. He was not punished. That desertion and drug taking stuff, were they early forms of conservative values or are they still prevalent today?

Why can't Bush go AWOL now? Not that he's been on-duty very much since the 5-4 SCOTUS vote.
