Delivering the stories from the SICKO Health petition...DFA. Easy to do.

Deliver your story

When we launched our SiCKO Health Care Petition in June, we knew it would be a huge success -- and it was. What we didn't count on was the incredible outpouring of personal health care horror stories you shared. Thousands of stories were submitted by members who actually have coverage and still didn't get proper care.

Of course insurance companies are lining up to stop reform and defend the status quo. Drug companies are throwing around contributions to elected officials and screaming on FOX news. They don't want Congress to hear our health care horror stories. They know that when voters make an issue personal and local, elected officials are a lot more likely to take action. That's right, what drug and insurance companies fear most is YOU.

Will you deliver your community's stories to your member of Congress on Wednesday, August 29? Please sign up right now:

The stories pack a punch. They are personal and they bring home the need for change.

...."Delivering the stories is easy. After you sign up, we'll send you a list of horror stories from your state, a short cover letter, and contact information for your member of Congress. All you have to do is print them out and drop them off on Wednesday, August 29.

Some of the stories are at the link. Here is just one:

" Cindy from Knoxville, TN:
I work with elderly/disabled residents in a section 8 housing facility. I have residents sent home with IV's in their arms denied coverage because they didn't call to get a pre-approval."
