Guliani Is An Idiot Are People Just as Foolish
Recently it has come out that Guliani is beginning to say that if a Democrat is elected President they will raise tax. Guliani claims that he on the other hand would cut taxes. The idea of Guliani cutting taxes yet again, after Bush has cut taxes at least on two occasions is just crazy. At this point America cannot afford a tax cut. America currently has a defecit of hundreds of million of dollars without even counting the money that is being spend on the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. If those totals were to be added to the defecit the amount would be in the billions. In addition, since Bush has taken office the debt ceiling has been raised on multiple occasions. It seems possible that it will be raised again before Bush leaves office.

It seems that the American people are not as crazy as Guliani. Even when Bush was pushing the first of his tax cuts the American people were saying they wanted that money used to pay off the national debt or to accomplish some other national need.

1. Rudy will say ANYTHING that he thinks sounds good and will gain him
the nomination.

It's too damn bad that Rudy supporters don't understand that the whores on 7th Avenue (thank you Paul Simon) have more decency and integrity in their little fingers that Rudy does in his entire body. Squared.

4. nah, Romney's the say anything guy who wins the nomination
Giuliani might say anything at any given moment, especially if the topic is weasels, but that's slightly different from being a chameleon.

2. you don't get it
The "masses" of brain-dead morons in the republican base only understand "cut taxes; less government." To appeal to them you have to recite it a lot. Kind of like saying the rosary, or the apostles creed. It does not have to make sense. It is comfort-words.

5. So true.
It does no good to point out to them that it's not their taxes being cut either. They'll support massive tax cuts for billionaires while Hurricaine Katrina victims and returning Iraq vets go without their basic needs. Even when their own lives are impoverished in some way because of it. It's the most bizarre perversion of compassion I've ever seen.

3. Well, he's pro-choice, has a broken family and is on record for not hating gays, so
what's a GOPer to do to appeal to the base? Two things: Get even more psycho and hawkish about the GWOT, and hammer away on taxes.
