I saw Obama in person last night
He brought down the house!!! By far the most energizing person in the race.

The event was held in Miami. Cubans, Haitians, whites, browns, and blacks were there supporting him. College students, white old ladies sitting in front of me were going crazy during his speech...etc.

Obama is a winner folks, he is going all the way!!!

2. I beginning to believe that he is the best hope we have for turning around this country....

Unfortunately, he's not getting a fair shake in the media who have already crowned Hillary Clinton as the nominee.

16. Members of the media have just as many votes per person as the rest of us
and there are a lot more of us than them.

They aren't crowning anybody.

9. I have seen Hillary, Obama, and Edwards...
..All in the past 6 months and the OP is right....There is absolutely no comparison. Obama inspires like no one else since JFK.

8. Me in 2 weeks!!!
He's going to be in Portland, we're ready to go!! I will be one of those screaming white ladies - but I'll kick anybody who calls me old. :P

I have to admit, he worries me sometimes, I hope he doesn't really think these Republicans are his "friends" - but I also don't think this country can survive the Limbaugh hatred for another 8 years. We need someone to expose it, not use it as fuel for their own campaigning.

18. I saw him as well in a large metro area, and he brought down the house.
Many more folks than expected, and it was everyone from high schoolers to seniors and everyone in between. Folks came from work in their professional clothes . . . he's electric.

20. Wow!
As Scarlett O'Hara would say, "Ah'm pea-green with envy!"

If he wins, it's going to be so weird to go from having a president I hate with a purple passion to one I have a crush on. :loveya:
