Cyber sabotage-are we ready? |

Anyone have any suggestions for what we should do if something happens to the internet, our only hope for truth and unity? We need a plan!

That's hilarious. I love this part: Avian carriers can provide high delay, low throughput, and low altitude service. The connection topology is limited to a single point-to-point path for each carrier, used with standard carriers, but many carriers can be used without significant interference with each other, outside of early spring.

2. There is a great article in this month's Wired on that subject |

It's not posted on their website, but it details an attack on the country of Estonia by Russian hackers, and it it a creepy story. Sidebars tell how UNprepared we are, here in the USA...

I heard that there are only 5 places in the US that handle every single internet communication. Though as we ALL know, just trouble with our own box causes all kinds of havoc! Even a short 7 hour disruption we had locally cost many business owners business and money!! I took my laptop with me that day so I could take it to get 'fixed'!! Can I buy 'Wired' in regular bookstore?
