Cyber sabotage-are we ready?
Anyone have any suggestions for what we should do if something happens to the internet, our only hope for truth and unity? We need a plan!

4. I am so smart! S-M-R-T!
That's hilarious.
I love this part:
Avian carriers can provide high delay, low throughput, and low
altitude service. The connection topology is limited to a single
point-to-point path for each carrier, used with standard carriers,
but many carriers can be used without significant interference with
each other, outside of early spring.

2. There is a great article in this month's Wired on that subject
It's not posted on their website, but it details an attack on the country of Estonia by Russian hackers, and it it a creepy story. Sidebars tell how UNprepared we are, here in the USA...

5. thanks Rick
I heard that there are only 5 places in the US that handle every single internet communication. Though as we ALL know, just trouble with our own box causes all kinds of havoc! Even a short 7 hour disruption we had locally cost many business owners business and money!! I took my laptop with me that day so I could take it to get 'fixed'!! Can I buy 'Wired' in regular bookstore?
