Great site posted in another thread: OnTheIssues.org.
This site was posted in the "Is Obama the moderate candidate?" thread. It shows where US politicians are on the issues. This would be a good thing to consult before people start flinging mud.

http://www.issues2000.org/default.htm

The Dem presidential candidates:

Hillary:

Hillary Clinton is a Hard-Core Liberal

Edwards:

John Edwards is a Populist-Leaning Liberal

Obama:

Barack Obama is a Hard-Core Liberal

Kucinich:

Dennis Kucinich is a Hard-Core Liberal.

Richardson:

Bill Richardson is a Moderate Liberal.

Dodd:

Chris Dodd is a Hard-Core Liberal.

Biden:

Joe Biden is a Hard-Core Liberal.

Gavel:

Mike Gravel is a Hard-Core Liberal.

Gore:

Al Gore is a Moderate Liberal Populist.

And I'll add Dean's position on the chart for kicks:

Howard Dean is a Moderate Liberal.

Dean's and Gore's position on the chart is a shocker, so is Hillary's, but in the opposite direction.

1. I've been saying for months, Hillary is more liberal than Obama
www.progressivepunch.org shows that her voting record has her voting more progressively than Obama during her time in the senate.

Hillary is the more socially liberal of the two while Obama was the more economically progressive. Edwards is similar to Obama on economic issues but is more socially conservative.
