The votes haven't even been cast. What is this, a popularity contest?

I mean, really, I don't even have a candidate yet. But this seems awfully pretentious.

I normally don't post something if it's just to negate a post. I don't like doing that, just to be contrary. And I have not problem with Obama. But this strikes me as being more suited to one of those "other" forums. Not DU.

In an attempt to answer the posts that I'm sure I'll get from this, I would rather see something regarding his qualities and record, than some imaginary result of a vote that hasn't even taken place yet.
