9. Actually, he lost that weight years ago.
He has, oh how can I say this delicately, a big fat head. But Rove actually has trimmed down quite a lot since 2000. I'm thinking that maybe, besides being Bush's brain, he's also become Bush's exercise regime.

No snickering, please.
