1. An interesting article about that very subject

"He appears to be in the running for AFSCME , SEIU and the Teamsters."

Witha 96% lifetime rating with the AFL-CIO, he's bound to get some. Do remember that Dick Gephardt got the Lion's Share of union endorsements in 2004 and dropped out of the race in Iowa on caucus eve.

SEIU, 1.8 million members: Probably Edwards, Obama or no one.

AFSCME, 1.5 million members: Could be any of the top three

Teamsters, 1.4 million members: Could be any of the top three

American Federation of Teachers, 830,000 members: Probably Clinton

UNITE-HERE: 450,000 members: Probably Edwards

3. From your link: "Democrats John Edwards and Dennis Kucinich should be racking up union endorsements"
Edited on Mon Sep-03-07 07:48 PM by Sapphire Blue
John Edwards has been endorsed by the Steelworkers, Mineworkers, and Carpenters unions thus far. It seems that these unions believe he can win!

4. Yeah. Dodd is a winner indeed.
And nope, Obama hasn't got any union endorsements yet, but he probably will.
