saying he and Howard Stern are going to sue Ms. Cosby's rather capacious ass for this book. He relayed some pretty unsavory and most definitely inappropriate professional no-no's she committed in pursuing this story (i.e., she told Birkhead the attorney she hooked him up with would work gratis (when he fired her she ended up presenting a whopper bill) and also that said attorney channeled paperwork from the sealed paternity suit to Cosby without his permission). Should be gangbusters tabloid fodder.
