Statehouse...
He was a good guy, never full of himself...
For years he worked with long time House Speaker, Democrat Vern Riffe and they worked to get a whole lot done...
When he went to Congress he became a solid vote for the GOP but never really distinguished himself as far as I have heard...
He is from a really red district so the special election would more than likely go to a Republican...
