GOP game plan announced by Droopy Dawg
allow me to paraphrase

"blah blah blah, fear, blah blah blah, Hillary is the boogie man who must be stopped...."

-snip- "In '94, our conservative principles led us to a comeback and majority control of the Congress. Now, you don't want to have to come back from another Clinton victory. Our country needs us to win next year, and I'm ready to lead that effort," he (Thompson)said.

3. Gotta love what those "conservative principles" will do for ya
and thompson is for life and lower taxes and apple pie and baseball. He's quite the guy. Damn those Clintons.

4. Not sure how successful a "Stop Hillary" platform is going to be.
Most people like to have something positive to vote for, but then, the GOP has nothing positive to offer--unless war, waterboarding, Gitmo, mass deportations, no health care, and the promise to pray while dropping bombs on Iran is something positive in YOUR mind, but then you'd be a Freeper.

5. it actually has some bite to it.
Do I think she can overcome it....probably, but I live in RED South Carolina. Most GOP do not even show a pulse when it comes to their own candidates, but just mention Hillary and their hair stands on end. Rove is not beneath using fear as a motivator.

Should be interesting.
