I need to point something out, and this is very important. |
|
Edited on Fri Sep-07-07 04:39 PM by Bucky
My candidate is the only candidate that can save this party, this country, and this world. No other candidate can do what my candidate can do. There is really no choice at all. If you don't support my candidate--and especially if you instead support that other candidate, who is obviously the tool of corporate interests no matter what their simpering patsies (or paid push-posters!) on DU assert--then you are basically abetting the wholesale destruction of the future.
No candidate besides my candidate can do anything but put a little blue state lipstick on the neoconservative pig, creating war, recession, pollution, global warming, and police state hegemony. If there is any other Democratic nominee besides the candidate I support, and particularly if the corprofascistic Trilateral Illumimasons at Diebold force that other candidate onto our ticket, we will certainly lose in November. No, not this November, but that next one, when there's an election.
It is therefor vitally important that we all unify behind my candidate, and my candidate only. We must do this immediately in order to save democracy and we can't afford to discuss this any longer. If we do not unify, then I am walking out of this party and encouraging my candidate to form a third party movement in order to pull the Democrats back onto the right path. I'm certain that my candidate will listen to my suggestions in this critical matter.
In my next post, I will discuss why there is only one person my candidate can possibly consider for the Vice Presidential nominee and why if this person is not picked for VP, I must walk out of the party.
Thank you for you time. :dem:

so let the children play with our corporate-approved figureheads. It will get them a chance to vent in a non-violent fashion rather than attacking the real problems our Gov't is causing for us.

I hope I like your candidate. If not Gore, is it Kucinich? I'm with ya! The man seems really honest!

Hopefully nothing was specified. I was making fun of people who are too negative about fellow Dems.

I'm 99.9% convinced, but will await your Vice Presidential post before formally committing.

16. Your candidate is Republican lite. |
|
My candidate is far superior.
Even though on the surface the policy positions of our candidates seem very similar, if you really read between the lines, your candidate makes Ronald Reagan look like Abbie Hoffman.
Moreover, I intend to respond to every post you make in GD Politics with the same small set of bumpersticker-depth talking points. On occasion, I'll link to a right-wing website making frivolous accusations against your candidate.

Good job posting something just for me. But I never thought of the aspect that we would then lose 4 years later once people saw the same old politics.

Replace the words "my candidate", with "your candidate" "your" meaning MY candidate - oh, wait, then it should be "MY candidate" I think....maybe you're right after all! Damn, now I'm confused.
