Could we try to be civil tonight?
Ok, every Tuesday night this place melts down into the biggest flamewar. How about we try something tonight.

#1-Kerry supporters be nice.
#2-Edwards supporters be nice
#3-Dean supporters be nice.
#4-DK supporters be nice
#5-Former/Current Clark supporters be nice.

2. Actually...
i've found the last few primary nights to go really well here. Very few flamebait threads, a whole lot of mutual support, and plenty of congratulations/condolences to go around.

Almost everybody here has had a candidate they love lose a race. We know how it feels. I expect there to be little gloating here tonight.

4. You're SO demanding! :)
Actually, I haven't minded Tuesday nights, because I've usually stuck to the 'Clark supporter' threads - safe turf! But since I don't get one of those tonight (presumably), I might have to hide out someplace else!

I hope everyone remembers that in some number of weeks, we'll all be on the same team - with the goal of getting bush out of our White House. :pals:

8. I'm an independent
in the GE I'm ABB.

I'm on my best behavior today because I actually voted for Dennis Kucinich and feel great about it.

Also I know that everyone of US that voted today are in the process of taking back OUR country.

ABB!

It's true, most of us are civil on election nights.

It's the day after that things get nasty. :(

22. hmmm, i think there is a kerry policeman running around
here alerting on anyone who says anything upsetting about the coronation. Hell I just called him by a name which his supporters use and got hall monitored.

Its part of the process here of reducing discussion about Mr. Kerry (hope that's respectful enough), which is unfortunate since we are nowhere NEAR him being the slam dunk nominee. too many things can happen.

threads have worn me out. I personally like all of the candidates and would love for niceness to prevail!

21. That would make a great GD:2004 Rule
You can talk all the smack you want, but only if you are as funny as Al Sharpton. God he was a fucking RIOT at the last debate.

Why do liars lie...they lie because they're liars.

Too damn right. :-)
