4. Last year, a Dem candidate for Governor of Texas was disqualified...

...because, of all things, the check that he issued to cover his filing fee bounced.

I feel for the guy, seriously. Sometimes, things happen. But if you're going to do something like run for Governor, you really need to have your bases covered.
