7. Ok...so tell me how we end the war without legislation
I've heard Dennis say that the Senate and Congress just need to show up at the White House and say the war is over. Where does he get that from and how likely is that to ever happen.

I noticed he trashed Obama for only saying he was against the war in one speech. That isn't true and he knows it. Obama is on record on at least four interviews and a dozen statements saying he was against the war. Obama has voted for funding the troops so that they get the protection they need now that they are exposed.

While I like Dennis, I frankly think he is unrealistic on many levels and would also not be a good President in the miniscule possibility that he ever got that far.

Again though, how exactly would one explain how you end the war without legislation? Give me a realistic step-by-step process, not some "we just do it..." excuse.

9. His example, if the Dems really wanted health care they would
be working on it, they are not. But they send up a funding bill...do not send the funding bill.

Kucinich said Obama only gave one speech against the war before the war. Do you have links to the other speeches?

12. It's simple. Don't give them a bill.
I'm tired of hearing this argument from Biden and his ilk that Congress must have a 67% veto-proof majority in order to end this war. Funding originates in the House. If they don't send a funding bill, there's no money and no bill for idiot boy to veto. There's money in the pipeline for a safe and orderly withdrawal. That's how Vietnam ended. Congress shut it down, and they can shut down our participation in this fiasco as well. Too bad the Dems bread is buttered by the same war profiteers that fund the Repugs.
