I swear I heard Bush say sometime within the last two weeks that: |

he would be removing troops starting next year so that the GOP candidates wouldn't have such a hard time regarding the Iraq occupation.
I think I heard this on TV. Can anyone help me determine where this came from or am I crazy and just making shit up now (totally possible)?
