I think the government is messing with the internet and radio |

Several times upon listening to Thom Hartmann when he was interviewing via telephone individuals exposing the Bush regime all of a sudden they get disconnected. It has happened more than once...welcome to Nazi America because we the people just sit there and take it in the shorts. Several years ago I was unable to post to Arianna Online on my computer but could post on my grandson's computer for a week before the same thing occurred. The moderators could find NOTHING wrong on their side and nothing was wrong on my computer except I could not post to Arianna On line for several weeks. I think the "move along nothing to see" are messing with us.

1. How about this, the whole infrastructure including the utilities |
|
has gone to shit due to neglect & deregulation. They don't even need to make an extra effort. since it would cost them & somebody would tell.

3. That may be true but/and, there is something in what the OP says. |
|
During the bombing of Lebanon, I was collecting stories about the reconciliation and peace movement in Israel. The stories I pulled on Friday were mostly scrubbed by Sunday. It was just uncanny.
If they can filter for China, are we to believe they won't filter for BushCo? I find that hard to believe myself.

5. If it were a government program it would have to be so deep |

black that nobody knew about it. And, okay, I know you you can't prove a negative, but can you think of any super secret government program lately that stayed secret for very long?

creeps any more.
But, you're right about secrets. They don't stay that way for long, they have a shelf life. Remember when TortureInc was trying to convince us that a few kids from West Virginia were responsible for Abu Graib? People bought in for a time.

9. It's actually to their advantage if you believe it's a all a secret plot. |
|
That way it makes you feel like there is nothing you can do about it, that you are powerless, under their control. When actually they're just goofing everything up to such an extent that it looks intentional.

10. That's a really good point. I've noticed lately how invested |
|
the opposition is in making people /us feel powerless -- in particular, how the press keeps saying that Congressional Democrats don't really have the clout to get things done. Over and over and over.
