Get ready to fight. They have ignored us, they have ridiculed us (fake outrage over MoveOn)
Now we must be prepared to fight. MoveOn told the truth. They didn't like that too much so they faked outrage on the senate floor and at every opportunity in the press. We are no longer being ignored. Even the rally they held along side of us was full of rhetoric acknowledging us and our legitimacy.

MoveOn didn't back down but went after them even harder. That is the way to defeat them. They are bullies and will fight with all the resources and money they have and they have a huge advantage as they are the powerfully connected.

Be prepared to fight to the finish for the truth.

The battle is coming.

Never apologize for speaking the truth or for supporting MoveOn when they speak the truth. Truth is our most prized weapon for bringing peace to our nation and the world.

They will be coming out in force with the media repeating everything they say. The media gave the swiftboaters lots of air time to spread hate but the media never gave moveon air time to defend their actions and words.

When the right says something they let them speak for themselves. When the Left says something they ask the right to respond without ever putting the originator of the words on the air.

Am I making any sense?

The times they are a-changing!

1. rainy you speak the truth....they are scared now...
no matter how the pundits try to spin that they think the the * WH and Betray us won the hearings.....they know the truth and they are scared..

That's right when you start fighting back against the bully the bully calls foul when their own tactics are used against them.

Yes...it's on my friends.

5. I wish the media would start interviewing MoveOn members for their comments.
That is what usually happens. A group says something and it is questioned they should go right to the horses mouth. "What did you say and why?"

2. Yes. You are making sense.
I'm not a person who looks for conflict. I don't LIKE to disagree. But the kinds of change that are necessary are anti-thetical to the status-quo that put us in this immoral war in Iraq in the first place.

The People MUST lead and I deeply hope that our Democratic "leaders" will follow, but it's not about them anymore.

3. Why don't Petraeus' numbers add up? Why can't Petraeus answer the question of whether or not the
Iraq war is making us safer?
When Petraeus stops lying we'll stop calling him a liar.

4. "Ass-kissing little chicken shit"
is what Betrayus' boss called him. I've told several people about that comment after they mentioned the MoveOn ad. To the person, they just replied, "Oh."

U.S.-IRAQ: Fallon Derided Petraeus, Opposed the Surge
By Gareth Porter*

WASHINGTON, Sep 12 (IPS) - In sharp contrast to the lionisation of Gen. David Petraeus by members of the U.S. Congress during his testimony this week, Petraeus's superior, Admiral William Fallon, chief of the Central Command (CENTCOM), derided Petraeus as a sycophant during their first meeting in Baghdad last March, according to Pentagon sources familiar with reports of the meeting.

Fallon told Petraeus that he considered him to be "an ass-kissing little chickenshit" and added, "I hate people like that", the sources say. That remark reportedly came after Petraeus began the meeting by making remarks that Fallon interpreted as trying to ingratiate himself with a superior.
