What state will break 25% turnout for the primaries? IMO, 23% will be best turnout.

What state will break 25% turnout for the primaries? IMO, 23% will be best turnout.
Have you check and/or brought your registration up to date? Do not be surprised on primary election day.

1. Also, tell your independent friends that they may have to register as a Dem for the primary
In many states, the Presidential Preference is partisan even if all other races have open primaries.

NH was 29.9% in '04 and 44.4% in '00. With no incumbents in the race I expect primary turnout to be pretty high.

3. NH is usually in the top tier and hope that continues, but 18-22% is more common. n/t.
