What state will break 25% turnout for the primaries? IMO, 23% will be best turnout. |

Have you check and/or brought your registration up to date? Do not be surprised on primary election day.

In many states, the Presidential Preference is partisan even if all other races have open primaries.

NH was 29.9% in '04 and 44.4% in '00. With no incumbents in the race I expect primary turnout to be pretty high.
