The MSM likes to pretend that Kucinich and Paul do not exist
Althought they both have deep pockets of support within their respective parties.

Imagine those 2 guys in a one on one debate? I wish they would get together and schedule it. Now, that would be worth watching!

The MSM has decided that the election will be against Hillary and Guiliani with a slight chance for a Romney upset. Resistance is futile.

2. Even though I'm in New Castle Co., DE, I'm seeing tons
of Paul 2008 and Obama stickers and signs. Haven't seen nearly as many for Biden, and we're his home state!

For governor, I'm seeing about a 50/50 split Carney and Markell. I know both the guys, but I'm going with Carney.

3. Have a lot of respect for Dennis Kucinich but I tend to ignore Paul, too.
Get your point. I'd likely tune in to hear such a debate. Yes.

Just sayin' I'm not very drawn to Ron Paul.

He's not the worst Republican out there, certainly, but he's no Dennis Kucinich.

5. Of course he's no Kucinich
but there are a lot of Republicans that are drawn to his old-school conservatism. I hate Libertarianism because I think it is one step up from anarchy and is social Darwinism at its worse.

Kucinich and Paul are polar opposites in their beliefs although they are both staunchly anti-war. And they are both passionate and well-spoken men.

I think they could deliver the modern equivalent of the Lincoln Douglas debates. I just wish someone would offer them a venue.

4. How has it been determined that Kucinich has 'deep pockets of support ?'
Edited on Tue Sep-18-07 08:31 AM by Freddie Stubbs
Have any scientificlly conducted polls measured this? Last time it was the same thing, with Kucinich supporters claiming that he he had 'grassroots' support. It turned out that those grassroots were just a few weeds, as Kucinich earned fewer delegates than Al Sharpton.

6. The problem is he ONLY has "pockets of support"
If he ever moves beyond those pockets and develops a more broad support base, then MSM and voters might start paying attention to him.

Dennis has pockets of enthusiastic and passionate supporters, and that's his problem.

7. I have determined it. I looked in my pocket and found I supported him deeply.
