Billions in Reconstruction Money Missing in Iraq
http://www.here-now.org/shows/2007/09/20070919_2.asp

"Between April 2003 and June 2004, $12 billion was airlifted to Baghdad to rebuild Iraq and prevent a monetary collapse in the months after the fall of Saddam. Three years later, $9 billion of that aid remains unaccounted for."

"The story of what might have happened to the money is told in a recent issue of Vanity Fair by Pulitzer prize winning investigative reporters Donald Barlett and James Steele."

1. A good place to start would be to
arrest everyone who had anything to do with the invasion and occupation of Iraq. And start from the top and work down from there. But alas I am dreaming.
