4. When he resurrects the Whig party. |
|
Senator John F. Kerry, the front runner in this year's Democratic primary made a strange turn today when he announced he was leaving the party to bring back the long dead Whig Party. "I feel it's time someone stands up to the tyranny of George W. Bush!" said an exuberant Kerry "Just as the Whigs stood up to "King" Andrew Jackson, we too will stand against the terrible King George! No longer will we be vassals to or put up with the Torries in the Republican party!" As a part of this shocking move he also bade his delegates to vote for slumping Howard Dean in the convention, revitalizing a campaign that seemed destined to fail. "I want all my Democratic supporters to vote Dr. Dean in. You Foo...I mean Democrats deserve him!" stated Kerry to a stunned media gathering. The Senator went on to name the corpse of Abe Lincoln as his running mate. Dr. Dean in a phone interview stated that he was "Feeling pretty chummy right now." and that "The President is a Republican." King George in response said "They, and you know, people wanted several times but I looked and it was real. Clearly Saddam was a threat." Watch the three party debates with monitors Rush Limbaugh and Michael Moore tonight at 8 on UPN.

8. When Kerry admits that the only |
|
way to get those troops in would be to instate a draft.....Maybe he was just talking shit or maybe he's going to offer such an incentive program for recruitment that people are going to be lined up at the door. It seems an odd thing for him to have said. Only a few here on Du seem concerned, I am though.

I'm surprised too, that more DUers aren't overly concerned about a draft...there won't be much choice about it , unless we elect Dennis!!!
