Why is the republic party calling the shots?
WTF?

Jesus, how the fuck does this does this piece of shit “bill” make it out of the bathroom, let alone the Senate floor. Do Democratic appeasers believe this will shut the republic party up?

I don’t know what’s worse. When the GOP controls the Congress or when the Democrats let the GOP control the Congress… and the debate, and the issues, and the framing of the issues.

Time and time again, the GOP has demonstrated its mission – destroy the Democrats, fuck the American people, and more power for them. Period. And the Dems are the biggest friends they have in letting that happen.

Where our the leaders? Who’s going to take it to them? No builshit “compromises” either.

1. Gutless leadership
Simple as that. Either that or they're all in cahoots.

2. Because the DCdems have tunnel vision and can't see past
their desire to win Nixon's silent majority which according to current moderate mythology dwells in Middle Earth.

Frankly, I think it's time for the Numenor to reforge the sword that has been broken and take it into battle.

3. Exactly my question earlier - jeebus on a pogo stick

the Dems could barely speak AND couldn't get media attention for 6 years....they get a majority (shakey I know) but they don't exploit it. You can bet if those numbers were reversed the rethugs would have the entire country believing that there were 10 or 12 whining Democrats at the most causing trouble.

And what ramapo said 'gutless' non-leadership.

6. Because we do not actually have two parties in this country?
Even when they are in the apparent majority, enough Democrats follow the direction set by the Republickers that Democrats are still in the minority. But they all have (D) after their names, so everything is just right; that is, after all, the one and only thing that matters.
