Peter King (R-N.Y.) , the top Republican on the House Homeland Security Committee, the Democratic National Committee attacked King's comment that "there are too many mosques in this country."
"Congressman King's comments are deplorable and he should apologize immediately," said DNC press secretary Stacie Paxton. "This type of bigoted language has no place in public discourse."
The DNC went one step further, calling on GOP presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani to dump King as his campaign's homeland security adviser."

This is the man who serves as the Homeland Security adviser to Rudy Giuliani, yet I can't find anything about it on Giuliani's website. It's worth noting that Giuliani appears to make a habit of surrounding himself with people he later regrets."
