NY Times writer who in May called Giuliani "commanding daddy", writes another flattering piece

It looks like the Times has given Michael Powell the specific title of Rudy Giuliani protector.
In a story back in May 29th, he called Giuliani "a commanding daddy of a candidate, a disciplined fellow who talks about terrorism and fiscal order and about terrorism some more."

The ass-smooching continued today with a piece in which Giuliani is portrayed as some sort of second coming of Jesus Christ.
