Senator Biden on shootings in DE this morning:
Sep. 21: U.S. Senator Joe Biden (D-DE) issued the following statement after hearing news that two Delaware State University students had been shot on campus early this morning:

“My thoughts and prayers this morning are with the two victims, their families, the student body, and the entire Delaware State community. Tragically, this community has suffered far too much violence and I urge everyone to come together to put an end to these senseless shootings and hostility.”

Today the University had been locked down right after the shootings and classes were cancelled. According to both Delaware and campus police, one male suspect is being sought.

The shootings occurred just before 1:00 a.m. on the Campus Mall, between the Memorial Hall gymnasium and Richard S. Grossley Hall, an administrative building. The female student was taken to Christiana Care hospital in Wilmington with a traumatic wound to the abdomen, and is in serious condition, said John Wilson, the deputy chief of Kent County Emergency Services. The male student was taken to Kent General Hospital in Dover, and is in stable condition.

3. His eyes look funny. One is bigger than the other or something.
Does he have something wrong with one of them?

Not being insulting. Just wondering.

5. This is kind of a weird hijacking of a thread that was suppose to pay respects to the students that
were shot today.

About his eyes - I don't think there is anything wrong with them.
He is 64, he is campaigning his heart out, fighting with Gates about getting more MRAPs to our troops asap,
hitting the MSM constantly about how the surge isn't working and we need a political solution in Iraq, running from Iowa to DC - home everynite with his family.... I think he is probably exhausted.
God knows - I am 51 and my eyes aren't what they used to be. And when I'm tired, you can see it in my eyes.

6. I apologize if you think this is weird, and it just might be. But it
made me wonder about his health. Strokes, etc.

12. Well, that attack worked on Bill Bradley, why not use it on Joe Biden
(of course Biden is in good health...but don't let that get in your way).

9. and he squints a little more in the right eye
because his grin goes upward a little more on that side which lifts his cheek and eye.
He's healthy, I get tired and exhausted just hearing about his traveling about.
