And I was so proud
my hopes so high
and I expected a new Dignity
but she swung the gavel round and round
like a snart-aleck tenager
and slammed it on the podium
then later she said those words
No impeachment.

1. Nice! Here's a poem I wish Nancy would've taken to heart:
The election is over, the results are now known.
The will of the people has clearly been shown.
We should show by our thoughts and our words and our deeds
That unity's just what our country now needs.
Let's all get together.
Let bitterness pass.
I'll hug your elephant.
You kiss my ass.
