Whose bumper stickers/signs do you see the most (R or D)?
Here, it's Ron Paul by far. I see his signs and stickers about every day. I see Obama, Clinton and Edwards about one a month. Nothing for Ghouliani or McCan't.

Should we be paying a bit more attention to Ron Paul?

2. the only ones i've seen lately are old Bush stickers and i saw one Edwards
bumper sticker in my neighborhood which made so happy, i really thought i was the only democrat in my area. Of course when i drive to San Francisco i see tons of them competing for space with the Bush sucks stickers. It's so funny, everytime we drive to SF the minute we get to around Berkley my husband says "Honey, these are your people".

6. I see a lot of Kerry/Edwards, still.
But maybe that's cuz those are the ones I notice most?

Actually, I do see a lot of those still, also "John Kerry" - don't think I've seen a single Edwards sticker - but by far the most popular political sticker in these parts is for Joe Sestak. :)

I don't see many "R" stickers anymore - we used to have a lot of "W" pollution (and I mean A LOT) but that seems to have mysteriously cleared up over the last few months.

7. I still see a few Bush ones, live in conservative area
but not nearly as many as when I first moved here a few years ago. Now I see more against the war ones. I still see a few she is not my governor (I am in WA and people got those during the governor recount) I always wanted to print one saying SHE IS MY Governor and proud of it! I think I saw one Obama one, but no one is really putting them on yet for the election.

10. How much of a wedgehead do you have to be
to still be sporting a Bush/Cheney sticker on your car? Maybe I'm naive, but I still find that level of obliviousness astonishing. Especially in Massachusetts, where we have things like education and stuff.

13. Around here, lots of Obama. Plus one tricked-out Ron Paul car!
His entire car is covered with Ron Paul "Join the Revolution" stickers and signs. There was also a freeway blog sign for Ron Paul that stayed up for awhile.

But mostly Obama stickers, around here. Haven't seen a single one for any other candidate, in fact -- wait, maybe a few Kucinich. Some remaining Kerry/Edwards stickers of course, and the lingering Bush stickers, which are probably just too well stuck on to come off.

This is Santa Cruz, CA -- so the Kucinich and Obama emphasis doesn't surprise me. From what I've seen, Obama has the most visible swag and people on the ground.

But this town is NOT a good bellweather for the rest of the US; this was purely a Kucinich or Dean city in 2004. I remember going to a Dem faux-caucus here before the primaries, and there was only one lonely Kerry guy. Deaniacs were the most visible by far. I expect the same with Obama this time, though I am seeing growing support for Edwards.

17. In FL (where I was during the summer), I've seen mostly Bush and Kerry/Edwards ones
And many more Bush than Kerry ones at that.

As for '08 stickers, I've only seen 4: 1 for Hillary (in DC), 2 for Obama (in Tampa), and one for Ron Paul (in North Florida.)

18. Neither, which is weird
Very big tourist area here and I'm not seeing any yet on local or tourist cars.
The local area is pretty heavy Republican...and all the old Bush bumper stickers seem to have gone AWOL. :)

All the formerly rabid Republicans I know have really softened.

26. You'd think!
Here in AZ I still see a few. And, it's always on the cars that are old, with dents and needing repairs (I'm not looking down on them - I just described my car, minus the Bush sticker). But, it's baffling - these are the people who can least afford to have Bush in office - yet they are still supporting him.
